Our reception staff will visit the studio room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place, and all garbage must be placed into garbage cans.
If our attendant finds a messy room during the room check, you will be asked to stop taking pictures and clean up the room. If the room is left untidy at the end of the booking, a $50-100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
Please do not step on the furniture in shoes; use indoor shoes or shoe covers when entering the studio rooms and during the fall/winter months. We can provide you with shoe covers if you need them. If you are taking pictures in your outdoor shoes, you will be asked to wipe them down.
If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs.
No dry ice, sparkers, confetti, or smoke machines are allowed at the studio.
If there are damages to the floor, furniture, props, or any other studio equipment, including extension, during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages.
Broken furniture leg damage fee is $200, floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-500 depending on the extent of the damage, and furniture damage is subject to a $100-500 damage fee.
Please factor it into your booking if you require additional time to set up / takedown. If you need extra time and the room is available, you can rent additional time in 30-minute increments.
If you have a large party, please factor in the time to bring/take out your belongings from the studio space. You will be asked to wrap up your shoot 10 minutes early so that you can start clearing out the space. Alternatively, you can dedicate a person from your party to remove items while you finish the photo session.

Arrival:
Please ensure all guests arrive on time for their scheduled session. In order to maintain crossover from other bookings, we ask that no guests arrive earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled booking time. We suggest they wait downstairs in their cars or grab food/drink from the local restaurants prior to their scheduled mini-session. If arriving too early, the on-site attendant may have to ask the guest to leave and return at the time of their booking due to limited spacing.
Photo Session: Please make sure to have an assistant or someone to help you when you are shooting your minis. Please have your clients call you or your assistant, not the studio call box. We will not be answering any calls from the box. Please make sure to add this to how you run your business.

-We do have cameras in the common areas and in the studios. Please note they are used only for damages or to make sure there is no illegal activity.
-Please be mindful of body paint. If your client is planning on tanning or using body paint, please make sure that it 2-3 days before shoot.
-
When picking your hours, please include your setup and tear-down time. If you are shooting an hour photo shoot and it takes 10-15 minutes to set up, it could take 10-15 minutes to tear down. That leaves you with 30-40 min for your session. Adding an extra hour is better to ensure you are not feeling rushed or your client. Your studio session ends at the time you selected in your booking. Please make sure to have everything back in place before your time ends. If there is no one after you and available time, you can request 30 min increments.
